Leading meets this weekend are the Notre Dame Meyo Invitational and the 2012 New Balance Collegiate Invitational. Start lists for Meyo here (main, invite) and NB Games here.

Mark English, a non-NCAA athlete but Irish Junior Record holder for the 800m, goes in the 800m at the NB Games. John Coghlan is entered in the mile at the same meet, just fresh off his first sub-4 performance at Boston last week.

At the Meyo meet, Butler, Tulsa are involved. Tom Curr in the mile/800, Andy Heyes and Ross Clarke in the mile and Chris O’Hare in the 1000m are the highlights on this 320m track. Matthew Graham of DePaul also goes in the 3000m, and Kirsty Legg in the women’s mile.  Arkansas’s Anthony Leghio will have aspirations of getting close to the automatic 800m time as he goes in section 7 of the men’s 800.

Meanwhile, in Albuquerque, Joe Franklin’s New Mexico is hosting its home meet, while OSU and Lamar have a week off, while Providence head to the URI Invitational.

‘til early next week. Enjoy.
