British and Irish results XC away from Notre Dame

Not Notre Dame XC results

With so many of the US based British and athletes competing on Friday in Notre Dame, there was not a huge amount else to report from the weekends results.

Of those who did not compete in South Bend, Kate Avery’s 4th place finish at the Paul Short Invitational was the standout performance of the weekend. In a race dominated by one of the NCAA individual championship favourties; Abbey D’Agostino, Avery’s high finish emphasises her credentials as one of the leading British female athletes in the NCAA.

Elsewhere, Matt Clowes managed a solid 12th place finish in the competitive Bill Dellinger Invitational, held in Eugene, Oregon.
