NCAA qualifiers

The qualifiers for the NCAA DI indoor track and field championships were released last night and a small but elite group of British and Irish athletes made the cut.

In terms of numbers, indoors is the smallest of the three championships and also has the most cut throat qualifying process. No regional, no selectors discretionary picks, no picks based on potential. Just a list of the top 16 declared athletes in each event will get to compete next week in Birmingham, Alabama.

We will do our usual NCAA full preview ahead of the event, but for now we have just listed the qualifiers. As always, we welcome any omissions to be added to our list.
